This policy describes what personal information Groundwork Wellness LLC collects in connection with physiorobbie.com and the 21-Day Hand Reset, the purposes for which it is processed, the parties to whom it is disclosed, and the choices available to you.
1.1 The controller of the personal information described in this policy is Groundwork Wellness LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as physiorobbie, of 1906 Glen Echo Rd, PO Box 150001, Nashville, TN 37215, United States, contactable at [email protected].
1.2 This policy applies to physiorobbie.com and to the email and payment services operated in connection with it. It does not apply to any third-party website or platform, including Instagram, which is governed by that platform's own policy.
2.1.1 No account is required and no personal information is requested in order to read the pages.
2.1.2 The hosting and content-delivery providers named in section 5 automatically record technical information in server logs in the ordinary course of serving a web page. This includes your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, the browser and device you are using, the page requested, and the date and time. This is generated by the providers, held by them under their own policies, and used for delivering the Site and for security.
2.1.3 The Site uses cookies and similar technologies set by those providers for the operation and security of the pages and, in the case of GoHighLevel, for basic page statistics. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party advertising or retargeting tag on the Site. See section 6.
2.2.1 The sign-up form collects your email address and your first name, and nothing else. There is no field for a surname, a telephone number, an address, an age, or any health information, and none is collected at this stage.
2.2.2 Records are additionally generated by that action: the fact and date of your sign-up, the page or campaign from which it came, and thereafter whether emails sent to you were delivered, opened, and whether links in them were clicked. These are generated by the email platform named in section 5.
2.2.3 If you reached the list through a direct message on Instagram, your email address was passed to the email platform through the messaging tool named in section 5.
2.3.1 At checkout you provide your name, email address, billing information and payment card details.
2.3.2 Card details are entered directly into a payment form operated by Stripe and are transmitted to Stripe. The Provider does not receive, process or store your full payment card number. The Provider receives the record of the transaction, being the amount, the date, the outcome, the last four digits of the card and the card brand.
2.3.3 A record is retained of the fact of your purchase and of the delivery of the Program emails, which is what allows the correct videos to be sent to you and prevents you receiving promotional email about a product you have already bought.
2.4.1 If you reply to an email, comment, or send a message, the Provider receives what you send, including anything you choose to disclose about yourself.
Please do not send health details. You do not need to send them, they are not asked for, and no advice about your own condition can be given by email. If you do send them, they are held only in the email or message where you sent them, and are not added to any record about you.
2.4.2 Use of anything you send for testimonial or marketing purposes is governed by clause 13 of the Terms of Sale and Use, which sets out how you may be attributed and what requires your separate written consent.
3.1 No payment card number, and no bank account information. See 2.3.2.
3.2 No health records, no medical history, no diagnosis and no clinical information. None is requested at any point.
3.3 No Social Security number, driver's license or government identification.
3.4 No information from any advertising network, data broker or purchased list. Nobody is added to the email list except by their own sign-up.
3.5 This service is separate from any clinical practice. No patient record from any clinical setting is used here, and no information from this service is added to any clinical record.
3.6 Personal information is not sold, rented or traded to anyone, and is not shared with anyone for cross-context behavioral advertising or for any other party's own marketing purposes. It is disclosed only to the service providers listed in clause 5, and only so that they can perform the services described there.
4.1 To supply the Program, being delivery of the 21 daily emails and the videos they link to, and to provide the free challenge emails to those who signed up for them.
4.2 To take and record payment, to issue receipts, to make refunds, and to respond to a payment dispute.
4.3 To answer your questions and provide customer support.
4.4 To send marketing email about the Provider's products to those who have asked to receive it, and to measure in aggregate whether those emails are being delivered and read.
4.5 To ensure that people who have already purchased are not sent promotional email about the product they purchased.
4.6 To operate and secure the Site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
4.7 To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4.8 Where a legal basis is required under the law applicable to you, the Provider relies on your consent for marketing email, on performance of a contract for the supply of the Program and the taking of payment, on legal obligation for tax and accounting records, and on legitimate interests for the security of the Site and the prevention of fraud.
5.1 Personal information is disclosed to the following service providers, each of which processes it on the Provider's behalf and under its own published privacy terms. These are all of them.

5.2 A membership community is planned, to be operated on the Skool platform. It is not yet in use. If you join it, your name and email address will be disclosed to Skool for the purpose of providing your membership, under terms applicable to that membership.
5.3 Personal information may additionally be disclosed to the Provider's professional advisers, to a purchaser in connection with a sale of the business, and where disclosure is required by law or by legal process, or is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Your information is never sold, and it is never rented. It is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers, and it is not disclosed to anyone for their own marketing purposes.
6.1 The Site carries no Google Analytics tag, no Meta or Facebook pixel, and no third-party advertising, retargeting or behavioral tracking tag of any kind. Your activity on the Site is not used to target advertising to you anywhere else.
6.2 Cookies and similar technologies present on the Site are those set by GoHighLevel and Cloudflare for the operation and security of the pages and for basic page statistics.
6.3 Emails contain the ordinary delivery and click tracking provided by Flodesk, which records whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. This is used to decide which email to send next and to see whether the emails are arriving. If you do not wish to be measured in this way, unsubscribe using the link in any email.
6.4 No response is made to browser Do Not Track signals, because no cross-site tracking is performed.
7.1 Contact and email records are retained for as long as you remain on the email list, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.
7.2 Purchase and transaction records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, which is ordinarily a minimum of seven years.
7.3 Correspondence is retained for as long as is useful for support purposes.
7.4 Technical log data is retained by the providers named in section 5 under their own retention periods, over which the Provider has no control.
Some of these rights are given to people by law, depending on where they live. Rather than work out which ones apply to you, we give all of them to everyone. You can ask for any of the following, whoever you are and wherever you live:
To ask for any of these, email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, or tell us which address it is. You will get an answer within 30 days. There is no charge.
You will never be treated differently for asking. Your access to anything you have bought does not change, and the price does not change.
Your information is not sold or shared for advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.
If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, write again and say so. If you live somewhere with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
You get emails from us for one of two reasons.
Because you signed up. The free challenge emails, and any other emails about what we are doing. Every one of these has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and the emails stop. It takes effect straight away, and in any event within 10 business days.
Because you bought something. The 21 daily emails are how the program is delivered, so they are part of what you paid for rather than marketing. If you unsubscribe from marketing, those still come. If you want those to stop too, email us and say so.
Nobody is added to the list except by signing up themselves. No list is ever bought, rented or scraped.
Our postal address is at the bottom of this page and in every email, which is what United States email law requires.
10.1 The Site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled by Stripe under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and does not reach the Provider. Access to the contact and email platforms is restricted to the Provider and to those who administer them on the Provider's behalf.
10.2 No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. The Provider takes reasonable measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee its absolute security.
11.1 The Site and the Program are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from any person under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
12.1 The Provider is located in the United States and the service providers named in section 5 process personal information in the United States and in other countries in which they operate.
12.2 If you are located outside the United States and you use the Site or purchase the Program, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from that of your own country. By using the Site or purchasing the Program you understand that this transfer takes place.
13.1 This policy may be amended. The amended policy takes effect when published on the Site and the effective date at the head of this document will be updated. Where a change materially affects how personal information is used, notice will be given by email to those on the email list before the change takes effect.
