One video a day, about 7 minutes each, emailed straight to you.
The person on the video
You have probably seen one of my videos. Here is the part a video does not tell you.
I have been in physical therapy since 2015. I started as a rehab tech, in the room, doing the actual work with people. But soon, I realized I needed to know more. So I went back and finished my doctorate because I wanted to be the one deciding what that work should be.
Today, I don't work in a clinic. I work in home health, which means I visit 5 to 7 older adults every day and see what they are actually struggling with. Getting to the kitchen, getting their medications, opening jars, and so on.
That's why my 21 day hand reset isn't theory, but rather built from my own observations helping people. It's made from having the same conversations, over and over, about regaining confidence in the hands.
And where they stop
Hands that feel loose right after the exercises are not the same thing as hands that are rebuilt for good. Give it a while and they likely go back to where they came from.
Which is why you're probably still struggling with:
You already know these things are hard. So you have probably already tried to do something about them.
What you have already tried
Almost everyone I work with has tried at least one of these. None of them failed because you did not try hard enough. They failed because nothing in them could tell your hands what to do next.
The exercises were probably fine. But a single video cannot know what your hands are ready for today, so nothing ever gets harder.
Most people do it without deciding to. A hand adapts to what you ask of it at any age, and to being asked for nothing.
So on a good day you did too much, and on a bad day nothing. Working out how much is my job, not yours.
“Your hands don't just need a good few minutes. Your hands need to be good again, so you can stop thinking about them.”
Why the order matters
Feeling looser is a short-term change. Getting your hands stronger is a long-term one. Only the second one gets you back to opening the jar, holding the full cup and fastening the button.
And strength does not come from one movement. It comes from the right movements, in the right order, on enough days in a row that your hands can build on them. That is what the 21-Day Hand Reset is for.
What I built for that
I realized people were missing a solution, so I built one: one hand routine a day, emailed directly to your inbox, in an order that will actually rebuild your hands.
These are comments and messages people have sent me about hand videos I have put out before, exactly as they were written.

From here to Day 22
You pay once, and Day 1 of the 21-Day Hand Reset arrives in your email straight away.
One video a day, in order, each one starting where the last one finished.
You finish, and you know which movements your own hands answer to. That does not expire when the emails stop.
You are invited to join my online community, free, where you can ask me questions and work out what comes next.
$157 USD, and you pay it once. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing else to buy to get you through the 21-Day Hand Reset.
About 7 minutes. Day 1 runs 6 minutes 56 seconds and Day 2 runs 6 minutes 54 seconds. The last few days go a little over that, because there is more to get through by then.
No. Some days use a towel, and a t-shirt works just as well. That is the only thing in all 21 days. What I do ask is that you run your hands under warm water for a minute or two first, the way I ask my patients to. It makes a real difference to how much you can do comfortably.
You fill in a short order form, and Day 1 arrives in your email straight away. Day 2 comes 24 hours after that, and so on, so each one lands at about the time of day you started.
Because a few days of waking your hands up is a warm-up, and doing a warm-up again tomorrow warms your hands up again. It does not take you anywhere new. 21 days is long enough for each one to start where the last finished, which is the part that changes what you can hold.
Every movement has a gentler version, and I show you that version in the video, right at the point we get to it.
If the full version is more than your hands want today, take the one I show you instead, and that is not you falling behind.
Yes, and that is the design. Your hands, your thumbs and your wrists come back 4 times over, and each round asks more than the one before. I call the rounds foundations, then strong, then stronger, then strongest. Through the first 16 days every 4th day is a recovery day, still a filmed video with me on it, just asking less of your hands. So a harder day always has an easier one waiting behind it. Then the rotation stops, and the last 5 days are your hands doing ordinary things, which is what the 16 before them were building toward.
Nothing breaks. The videos keep sending every 24 hours, so in 21 days you will have all 21 of them whatever happens in between. And if you come back and your hands are not ready for the day you are on, do one of the recovery days first, then carry on.
It is not meant to make you sore. One a day is plenty, and I do not recommend doubling up to catch yourself up, because that is the one way to make it harder than I built it to be.
They are yours. Each day arrives as its own email, labeled by day, so save them and do not delete them. If you clear them out you lose the days that worked best for your hands, and those are the ones you will want again on a bad morning.
Then email me and I will refund you. No form, and no conditions.
It does not matter if it has been 2 months or if you have noticed this for 30 years. Hands answer to being asked, and they do not stop answering at 60 or at 80. What we are working with is not what your hands were. It is what they can still be now.
